Grizzly Feeder, the musical project of multi-talented artist Joshua Clark, has released a moving and powerful music video for his latest single “Love.” The track, an emotionally resonant rock ballad, was inspired by a deeply personal experience and captures the raw complexities of grief, resilience, and hope.
The inspiration for ‘Love’ came from a heart-wrenching moment shared by Grizzly Feeder, with Bianca, the six-year-old daughter of a close friend who passed away unexpectedly from cancer.
“One night, Bianca was singing in her kitchen, and I was lucky enough to capture it on my phone,” Clark shares. “Her lyrics and melody reflected emotions far beyond her years—grief, sadness, and even hope. That raw moment became the foundation for ‘Love’.”
To honor Bianca’s innocence and strength, Clark enlisted both a classical opera singer and a pop vocalist to reinterpret the young girl’s voice. The result is a layered and hauntingly beautiful track that encapsulates the grief of loss while celebrating the enduring power of love.
The accompanying music video further amplifies the song’s emotional intensity. Shot with cinematic precision, the visuals depict the journey of navigating loss, with symbolic imagery reflecting the resilience of the human spirit. Each frame conveys the raw vulnerability and heartfelt acceptance woven into the song’s narrative.
Joshua Clark, known for his extensive and eclectic career spanning writing, filmmaking, and humanitarian efforts, brings a wealth of experience to his music. As a National Book Critics Circle Award finalist and the president of Lifeline USA Ukraine, Clark's storytelling ability and humanitarian perspective shine through in his artistic work.
“Love” marks another milestone in Grizzly Feeder’s evolving sound, combining emotive storytelling with powerful rock instrumentation.
